The OTW is turning 19 today! In the past year, we published more than 100 news posts on a variety of topics, ranging from AO3 release notes to our Five Things series to news on Open Doors archive imports, to name a few!
If you're interested in following our work more closely, and keeping up to date with our latest news, there are many channels for you to do so.
For starters, you can check out the news section either on this website, or the AO3 homepage for new posts and announcements. If you would like those news to be conveniently delivered to your email inbox, you can subscribe one of our RSS feeds (on AO3 or the OTW website) or to OTW News by Email for either an individual email for each news post or a monthly digest.

As the OTW grows, and new fans join the community, it's incredibly helpful if they are pointed at our official accounts by other fans. If you see someone online looking for information on the OTW, feel free to share where we're available on social media or direct them towards our news pages.
Participate in our anniversary drabble challenge!
In honor of the occasion, join our anniversary challenge, and write a drabble – a piece of fiction that is exactly 100 words long – that centers around the theme "Social Media".
