Alternate Universe where Goku spent three months in hell when he died during the Saiyan Saga, and only figures out that it was due to how Gohan Sr. was killed by him as a child after Vegeta's Oozaru transformation during their battle. As Bulma hasn't finished the ship and the group has to wait until they can go to Namek, Goku's coming to terms with his past and his identity as a Saiyan causes him to act out his frustrations on those around him. Only by facing his past can he reconcile with his present.
