In which Jack is on the phone, fighting with Bunny over something like he always does and Elsa is—for lack of better words and patience—judging the shit out of him.
Until he says something and she accidentally laughs at him, which turned into a full blown coughing situation because she was mid-sip, to which he had to hangup to help her recover from.
He also now knows she was eavesdropping on his conversation. (Even though it wasn’t by choice, even though she’d rather be reading her book in peace and be anywhere but at the table next to his).

She shakes her head and he can’t help but notice a loose strand from her braid, lazily done and lazily slumped over her shoulder.
It takes all of him to not look too long at her exposed collarbones.
“Jack?” She calls out to him. “I don’t have any questions, we can start now.”
He looks back up at her and for some reason—for some fucking terrible, weird, creepy, reason—he decides he can’t—that he doesn’t have it in him—to continue this goddamn interview.

When he decides to disappear on a “solo camping trip” and run away to Canada, he figures it’s the perfect plan that will make everybody happy. He didn’t expect the Waynes would tag along with him and ruin everything.
A six-chaptered tale filled with identity shenanigans, s’mores, soon-to-be-brothers, and a kid who is in desperate need of a new family.

Summary
Batfam messing with other heroes and villains via Hive Mind
I just finished Borderline by TheResurrectionist, and I couldn’t help myself, I had to write some writing prompts / mini fanfics inspired by the fic. Every chapter is it's own story but i highly recommend reading Borderline first to understand how the bond works.
There’s some violence, but I haven’t been too graphic, so I figured it didn’t need a warning.
