Summary
In the year 222, the sun flares scorch the earth. Nations are lost, destroyed, devastated. There’s famine, raiders, and substantial violence. In an effort to contain and redirect their erratic population, the government passes a kill order. A deadly virus is manufactured and distributed into poverty stricken settlements; for supply is too scarce and demand is too great. Economies will never recover.
That’s when the first wave of the flare hits.
Children are gathered from around the globe, rounded up and forced in the nearest lab. Doctors are frantic, scientists are headless. Everyone is at a loss.
Tom riddle, Minerva Mcgonagall, and Poppy Pomfrey are the first to extract the enzyme that promises a cure.
Riddle doesn't stop there, and many think he never will.
The maze is constructed not long after.
