Whereas Trinity is sinking into her chair, hoping maybe it will swallow her whole, Baran sits with a straight back, one hand running through her hair over and over, ringed fingers catching and releasing those gorgeous dark curls in the same restless loop.
It's one of her self-soothing tics. Trinity learned to recognize it months ago. She's spent many nights playing with those curls, taking over for Baran. Both a selfless and selfish act, admittedly.
