So, I've realized that Pyro is easily one of the most shipped characters in the fandom. In fact, some Spyro fanart is part of what brought me here in the first place, and I’ve written my fair share since. But I've always felt that people tend to gloss over Pyro's utter madness and make him/her/them like a big kid. I recently stumbled upon an old collection of drabbles I wrote years ago, so I’m rescuing a few to explore those relationships—making them as toxic and unhinged as I think they’d realistically be with someone like Pyro.

The one left standing at the end of the day will be the winner. Aside from a massive financial payout, they will take home the sheer satisfaction of staying alive.
