Summary
A wild Borrower (19 years old) named Samantha (or Sam or Sammy for short) lives out alone in the forests as far away from humans as she can get. Caught between needing to find food and shelter and trying to stay out of the way of Pokémon that battle each other over food, territory, and petty ego conflicts, she struggles to survive in the world of Pokémon. Of course, this is harder said than done when it turns out that the wonderful creatures called Pokémon have no intentions of leaving her alone. Specifically, an action-first-thoughts-later clefairy named Nebula who serves as a guardian fairy for a Pokemon exclusive refuge against humans, and a timid Yanma named Yammy who each become a lot more involved in her life than she might have liked.
Also, something brews behind the scenes. In the greater forest, there have been rumors of Pokémon much smaller than the typical members of their species. Is this some natural event, or does it have a human cause? And how does it relate to the existence of Borrowers? A mystery is at foot, and all of it involves Samantha and her missing parents somehow.

Summary
For the past decade after watching tfp, I can't get predacons out of my head. So for the past decade I have been ruminating on their history, what lead to their extinction, and how they fit into the Transformers universe. I don't own Transfomers or any of its characters, I'm simply expanding on an idea. I'm also mixing in some things from the IDW comics as I see fit, as well as expanding on some characters.
I'm adding my own twists to what we know for Transformers lore, as is the freedom of fanfiction. You'll find history is very different when written by the winner versus the loser.

Sharing really sucks, but deep down, Grace knows he’s not the priority. And he shouldn’t be, either. Adrian was there first, waited for Rocky longer than Grace even knew him for. They’re his mate. A mate is always more important than a friend, and that’s fine.
It doesn’t make Grace feel better. He gives up on his physical therapy, deciding instead to crawl back into bed. His muscles hurt anyways. The heart is a muscle too, after all.
He feels worse with each second, and he allows himself to sob over a pain he’s not sure he understands.
On Erid, there's no greater honour than to be song-bearer. But Ryland Grace never wanted honour.

Something was wrong, like, really wrong. I moved my mouth, licking my oddly dried out lips as I laid on my tray bed for the Hail Mary. At least it felt like it. I felt sore, like my muscles haven’t been used for years, like my joints haven’t been in use. It all feels far too familiar, Was it all a dream? Am I going crazy?
“Eye movement detected” came the automated voice of Mary. Armando was in the middle of unzipping the containment sleep bag that I had been having a coma in when I finally opened my eyes… Oh god, I was on the Hail Mary, AGAIN.
“What is two plus two?” Mary’s voice echoed in the small room, I looked around in confusion before responding finally, “four.. Mary, how am I back on the ship? I thought I was in Erid?”

He hated it when Furlan called him deaf. He wasn’t deaf; he could hear the screams of terror from one of the alleyways around him. He always knew when Furlan was snoring if they were in the same room. He knew even his light-foot steps made noise that bounced off the walls of buildings, even if he couldn’t understand what people were saying, even if they yelled in his ear, he still knew they were talking. The world he lived in was made of soft buzzing and harsh crashes, but he could still hear that much.
And even if he couldn’t hear all that well, he made up for it in other ways. He could read lips, and he knew sign language. That was enough to get by. Even if he did have to constantly scan his surroundings when he was by himself. Having to always be looking around when people were talking in a group, so they wouldn’t know his biggest secret. -

Simon is sitting on his bed, one foot dangling off the side and one pinning his sweater as he works a needle through it. He’s wearing just socks, pants and- a leather harness. The muscles on his chest are just as defined as the ones on his back and his pecs are huge, accentuated by the way they are framed by the harness.
Grace had thought he had been muscled after the coma, but this is something else.
Simon looks up as he brings the sweater to his mouth and cuts through the wire with his teeth.
Grace sucks in a sharp breath. He swallows, suddenly feeling off kilter. Is it because of the teeth? He gives a smile and tentatively moves closer.
“Hey,” Simon says. He doesn’t quite smile back, but there is a warmth to his tone.
Grace and Rocky find Simon orbitting AT-5 after being pulled off course by some unseen force. They are now lost and short on food, with one more mouth to feed.
They do not get off to the best start (to put it lightly), but in order to survive, they have to work together. There's science! Relationships! And then there's Simon's... thing. -

Humanity's end began with 'The Flash,' a nuclear holocaust that turned their civilization to ash. From it rose a new lifeform, human in form but animal in appearance. These creatures quickly replaced humans as the dominate species, building a new world from the ruins of humanity. Their society was one of peace and prosperity, at least in the beginning.
After only a few decades, the animals began to harbor humanity's love of war, greed, and xenophobia. Their society collapsed just as quickly, leading to the rise of several warring factions, the dominate of which was the Avian Brotherhood, a fascist society of various avians. However, their grip on the world began to fade, leading to a civil war that has raged for thirty years. With the planet on the brink, little hope for the future remains.
That is until a human emerges from the wasteland. As one of the few remaining, he's given an important task, to deliver a mysterious box to an Avian Brotherhood stronghold. The contents are a mystery, even to the man himself. However, unbeknownst to everyone, the box holds the key that will stop the Brotherhood from turning the planet to ash, this time for good.

Eighteen Earth-months ago Rocky arrived home on Erid after saving the stars with a quirky alien in tow. Grace The Saviour soon settled down on Erid, kitted out with his own biosphere, and happily using his foreign knowledge to enlighten the Eridian masses who chose to become his students. Things were good for Grace--really good.
Then a crew of Eridian scientists performing a routine check of the solar system, monitoring how the astrophage is responding to the taumoeba, come across something especially unusual. Inexplicably, they find a displaced cluster of astrophage floating through deep space, alarmed to realise that the microbes seem to be feeding on the radiation emanating from a crudely-constructed ship of some kind, bound together by a strange organic material. Even more alarming was when they sensed *life* inside of it--*human* life.

Ryland wilts in the makeshift nest and blows out a long sigh. “Look, it's not that I'm ideologically against it or anything, Rock. It's just that—nothing has ever.” He abruptly pauses, wrinkling his nose to reconfigure his thought pattern while he stares at the ceiling of the ship and makes a vague hand gesture through the air. His blood capillaries are still dilated but not as obscenely as before. “Nobody has ever…y’know? Gosh, why is it so hard to talk about this right now?”
Simultaneous surprise and arousal hit Rocky like twin bolts of frenetic lightning. He would almost break out into joyous song if that didn’t feel slightly inappropriate in light of Grace’s burning bashfulness. “Oh, Rocky understand now,” he gently cuts in. “Grace is a virgin.”
