This is my first fic! It's marked mature just because I don't really know how explicit I'm going to make things. There will be foul language, but it should on the whole be fairly on par with YA. I had a shower thought about the Myst universe one day and decided to make it real (no, really, there are skinwalkers). I've tried to introduce the worldbuilding organically (a few no-context terminology drops though, sorry), so it should be pretty accessible to non-Myst fans. We'll see.

He opened his eyes to a white nothingness and hooded figure standing a few feet away from him. As he stood up the figure approached him.
Or: Dunk gets sent back in time to Arlan's burial by the stranger and decides to turn his back on his fate at Ashford. Somehow princes and royal rebellions find a way to pull him in and Dunk must fight a looming enemy on the horizon in the name of the stranger. If only the cruelest prince hadn't taken a liking to him in this life for some reason.
