“My therapist is gonna hear all about this,” Chuuya grumbles.
“It’s truly wonderful,” Dazai grins, draping himself into the seat as if this is all some delightful coincidence, “to hear that you’re taking your mental health so seriously these days.”
Dazai props his chin in his palm, blinking at him with faux sincerity. “Is your therapist helping you with those deep-rooted anger issues of yours?”
Chuuya’s grip on his fork tightens. His knuckles whiten under the strain of keeping a semblance of composure.
“Oh yeah,” he deadpans, stabbing at the suspiciously blackened lump of something on his plate. “Just the other day, we made a breakthrough. Turns out, those stem from a piece of shit ex-partner who refuses to fuck off.”
Dazai grins, wide and unrepentant.

Chuuya and Dazai keep running into each other. It gets angsty, smutty, and downright ridiculous.

This is an AU story show-casing Stefan and Klaus’s relationship through the last ninety-four years; exploring its dysfunction, darkness, and the obstacles and issues they face. Running parallel to this is Katherine’s present day story, wherein she is held captive and tortured by Klaus. The majority of this was written before I saw (or even knew about) the events in 3.03, so it doesn't follow that episodes canon. This was written for TVD BigBang. “Because…” Genya hesitated, heart pounding in his chest as he held onto his already healing shoulder with his opposite hand. “You’re my brother.”
For a moment, Sanemi’s grin faltered. Something flickered in his eyes, something that resembled recognition, maybe even regret. Genya’s heart leapt- was there a chance? Could they turn Sanemi back, like they were trying with Nezuko? Could they bring Senemi back to the butterfly mansion? Could they make him remember his humanity?
But then Sanemi’s eyes darkened again, his smile returning, crueler this time.
“Brother, huh?” Sanemi stepped closer, looming over Genya, voice low and insidious. “Well, if that’s true… then why don’t you join me?”
Genya froze.

This fic is already finished, I just need to edit it. Final word count 35k+. I'll be aiming for a chapter a week.
edit Oct 25th: I'll be taking 1 week off due to family stuff coming up. Had to cut something out of my life time wise and fanfics was it. I'll resume editing and posting next week!
