Summary

"Please, please, Uchan," Cassian begs. He's at the point where he might begin to beg on his knees, his body already beginning to sink to the floor.
"Love," Uchan says, softly. "I don't want to—"
Fully on the floor, the pressure from his knees making the delicate floors creak, Cassian begins to tear up. He grasps at Uchan's clothes. "You love me, right?" he asks. Uchan nearly reels back in shock. "Please, say you love me."
"I do," Uchan replies. He doesn't lie, there's not even a millisecond of hesitation, but Cassian's tears do not stop.
"Then do it. For me, Uchan. If you love me, you'll do it."
Or: Trying to cope with the trauma of drowning to death in his previous life, Cassian comes up with an unhealthy solution—both for himself and the person he loves.
