Because dating meant somebody else, and that meant less time for Robby. Which was selfish. So he couldn’t say that. Instead he said, “Yeah?” because that’s a really smooth and supportive thing to say to your widowed best friend sharing something vulnerable with you.
“Yeah.” Jack confirmed, “So I’ve made a Tinder.”
