“I'm Tracy,” The girl says after the slightest fraction of a second, her eyes darting away as she twists the cap back on.
He's become a bloodhound when it comes to sniffing out lies.
He cocks his head to the side. “Now that's just not true. C’mon,” he purrs. “Let's have an honest exchange here…Hello, my name is Cooper. What's yours?”
She mirrors the tilt of his head as she purses her lips and flits her big cartoon eyes over his features. Whatever she sees has her conceding with a softly spoken, “Lucy.”

And if he has Hank MacLean’s precious daughter in tow, then he may just get whatever information he wants.

AKA, AU where lucy does not choose to go with cooper after the events at the observatory. after a few weeks, lucy gets caught by sex slavers and cooper finds her, deciding to purchase her to set her free...or maybe to use her for information. either way, they're forced to spend the night together in a suite provided by the traders, and one thing leads to another... neither of them planned for this, but no harm in taking advantage of their situation
