Summary
Zoro knows pain. Pain is familiar. Pain is honest. Pain can usually be solved by training harder, drinking Sake, sleeping it off, or—if all else fails—hitting the source of the problem with a sword.
Unfortunately, Sanji is the source of the problem and doing anything to him with a sword would make Chopper sad (No Pun Intended).
After months of secret hookups, suspiciously gentle aftercare, and absolutely zero emotional literacy from either party, Zoro comes to the horrifying conclusion that he may have developed the worst case of—to take one from Usopp’s book—feeling-itis. Eugh.
Since this is obviously unacceptable and Zoro suspects is a stupid medical condition, he decides for a self-imposed treatment, since telling Chopper, is out of the question. The most logical solution is to stop sleeping with Sanji and find someone else to prove that Sanji is NOT special. Because he isn’t.
This plan is perfect.
Except...
Zoro has never flirted before, or noticed people flirting with him, or considered that maybe “I’ll replace the cook by picking up a stranger in a bar” is not, in fact, a healthy conflict-resolution strategy.
Well, we'll see.
