Summary
When it comes to heroes the general consensus is that you need a powerful Quirk. For the most part, that remains true. The world's best all have powerful Quirks. However, some are born stronger than others. A lesson that Izumi Midoriya learned quite early as a child. People didn't understand her Quirk and the mutations it came with only unnerved everyone she interacted with. Despite that, all she wants to do is help people. After a particular incident, her idol offered to become her mentor. With it came his power. Or at least, that was the plan. Neither of them expected what would actually happen when Izumi inherited One for All on the day of UA's Entrance Exam.

Summary
Quirkless Izuku Midoriya loses his mother to an unlisted villain in his final year of middle school, only to find himself heir to a vast fortune not long afterward. Training his body and mind, Izuku uses his wealth to clean the underworld of Japan as the vigilante Batman. Summary

Summary
Summary: Turns out Izuku may not have been as quirkless as he thought, it just took dying for it to finally manifest and activate.
Toga Himiko died and went to hell, or at least that's what it sure seems like.
Aizawa has a nighttime encounter with a vigilante problem child that changes everything.
The story of UA's heroics classes, the teachers, and villains pretty much ended poorly for everyone involved... For those who managed to survive the only thing they have to show for it are scars, trauma, and survivor's guilt.
What if someone had the power to change that, a quirk that allowed them to travel back in time to attempt the Hail Marry of all do-overs?
***OR***
This would have been that tale until everything went so catastrophically wrong that instead of a good, clean, fanservice reimagining of the cannon story, we got 2x the green haired cinnamon rolls and 2x the cat-eyed stabby gremlins than we started with who decide that "maybe our happy ending is the chaos we made along the way?"
I love RoselineBloom's story "Bloody Legacy" and heavily pay homage to her imagining of Himiko Toga <3
