    Summary

    As far as the rest of the world knows, Desmond Miles died on December 21st, 2012. It's as much of a surprise to him when he wakes up after the end as it would be to anyone else—other people who are supposed to have died way before him, and clearly didn't, excluded.

    If someone told Desmond before he got himself kidnapped that vampires were real, he would've laughed and asked how much they had to drink, because vampires fell into the same mental category for him as the Templars. If someone told him the same thing after that, he still wouldn't have believed them, even now that he knew firsthand that the Templars were all too real.

    It's kind of hard to discount the truth when it's staring him in the face and also looks way too much like his ancestors. They all should be dead.

    But here's the thing: Desmond should be too.

    Welcome to a crossover AU where the World of Darkness (mainly the 20th anniversary edition of Vampire: The Masquerade) and the world of Assassin's Creed are one and the same. This mostly results in a disproportionate amount of famous Assassins running around past their time, among other things. This series is in roughly chronological order (with occasional deviances from that for the vibes and/or when different fics cover the same spans of time), not posting order.     Beckett's Biographies is a side thing written by me (Hope) that consists of vampire researcher Beckett's in-universe profiles on various relevant people.

    Extracts from the Journal of Haytham E. Kenway is a side thing written by Cas that is some excerpts from Haytham Kenway's in-universe journal covering the time period of, roughly, AC Rogue as well as betrayed to noble lies and I'm biased but I'm right, they write Haytham SO well y'all.

    There are two alternate, smuttier versions of scenes from betrayed to noble lies written exclusively by Cas: Chapter 7 and Chapter 11

    There are also a couple of different AUs of our own AU so far, and who knows? There might be more. You can find the alternate timeline stuff here!

Obi-Wan has to figure out how to be a knight, Anakin has to figure out how to be a Padawan, a bunch of original characters have their own story arcs and Yoda has way too much to do.

    Obi-Wan Kenobi has never known it, but he has always been the Force’s Champion, destined to suffer infinite sadness in defense of the Light. On his last turn on the wheel, responsibility for The Chosen One, the false child of prophecy, had been thrust upon him with no warning, and Darkness held the upper hand.

    But this time, the Force has marshaled its power and will protect its Champion until the time is right, no matter how long Obi-Wan has to wait and how much he has to suffer.

    Or,

    Obi-Wan is reborn as a twelve-year old.

    He wakes up on a slavers’ ship, with all of his prior life’s memories intact, and he’s bound for Tatooine with a Force-inhibitor collar around his neck, a bomb implanted in his spine, and no way of knowing what state the Galaxy is in.
