Summary
Dearest Reader,
With the start of a new season comes new gossip, fresh from the vines of giggling debutantes and gossiping mamas that I lovingly pluck for your enjoyment.
Our newest diamond, the esteemed Lady Scott Major, was a rather odd choice by our Queen. But then again, perhaps our Queen was simply too occupied with her latest flight of fancy to focus on picking a proper diamond. Sir Scar Hawkeye, disgraced and banished only to return at the arm of Queen Griande, not even washing the dirt off his gloves!
The diamond has taken full advantage of his newest status, seen with a different poor boy every ball and fête, uncaring of the hearts he breaks and reputations he ruins– not that his own could take any more battering…

Summary
The Other-Realm shimmered around him as the call of his master tugged at its threads; Shadow Milk Cookie needed him in the living world.
Black Sapphire Cookie put down the microphone he was retrofitting, straightening his coattails and fluttering his wings before stepping through the portal that opened in front of him, charming smile already slid into place and ready for whatever silliness he would encounter on the other side.
Fortunately, Shadow Milk’s latest boytoy wasn’t present.
Unfortunately, his father was.

Summary
Let’s switch up the timeline a little bit:
Maul is captured by Ahsoka before the Chancellor is being kidnapped, thus Order 66 doesn’t happen just yet. Instead Maul is taken to Coruscant to stand trial.
At the same time, an Exploration Corp finds note of an ancient artifact of great importance, but has trouble locating it. For the artifact to be located and activated, it needs both, a Jedi and a Sith. Good thing the Order has one at hand. Obi-Wan, unwilling to put another Jedi at risk, volunteers to work with Maul. Maul is, surprisingly, quite cooperative.
Together, they challenge destiny.

Summary
“They must receive an allowance from the Order,” Kote said.
“How much, then?” Rex asked up at him.
Kote tipped his head and just stared into Rex’s eyes endlessly, the way he did when people asked him questions that made him want to swallow them whole with their own ignorance.
“No way of knowing without intrusive measures,” he determined.
“We gotta ask one,” Bly translated for Rex.
(The troopers make a discovery of the fiscal variety, which causes them to realize that they may have more in common with the jedi than they previously thought.)
