Summary
Big smile, hands on his hips, eyes lit up behind that black mask.
“I’m Robin!” Tim squeals, but it sounds nothing like him. His voice matches his size and demeanor, high pitched and soft and…happy. He lets out a giggle, flexing his arms in the mirror, giving a kick and a belated hi–yah.
“That’s not a Robin uniform,” Bruce points out belatedly. It’s not the part Jason was noticing, but he’s right. It’s thin cloth, and too loose. The right colors and shapes, Jason supposes, but still, there's something off about it.
“Well, that and he hasn’t met us, yet,” Dick points out. “He’s not old enough.”
“But this is supposed to be his first day as Robin," Damian argues. Jason agrees—something is very, very wrong.

“You would love him, do you remember telling Bruce you wanted a little brother to boss around?" Dick made a small laugh seemingly at the memory, "He would give you a run for your money, the baby bird doesn't give up. You would have loved him.”
Jason had planned on killing the kid not long ago.
He had called him things like Replacement and made detailed plans to initiate his demise and suffering.

Summary
Dick doesn't know a lot about what happened during the year Tim went missing. He knows that Bruce came back, that Ra's decided to attack Tim in Gotham just before Bruce returned, and that Dick failed Tim in one of the worst years of his life, for the both of them.
So finding the scar on Tim's left side shouldn't have surprised Dick. It still wasn't as surprising as what Tim said happened during his year away.
[The tags make this seem way worse than it actually is. Don't worry! It's pretty mild, most of it is implied and nothing is explicit other than the gore.]

Summary
It's been two years since Tim saved Bruce from the Time Stream.
It's been two years since Tim broke down and tried to clone his best friend, only to fail 99 times.
Tim had no idea that while he was leaving the lab, he accidentally initiated attempt 100.
Two years later, Ra's al Ghul discovered Tim's work: dozens of empty cloning tubes, all with the message "failed" flashing on top. All except the last tube, where a cloned boy, no bigger than a 5-month-old, had been kept in stasis for two years.
A cloned boy containing the DNA of Timothy Drake-Wayne, whose mind Ra's admires so very much, and that of a Kryptonian.
Finally, he had a worthy heir.Having managed to rescue the clone he created from Ra's clutches (He has Kon's dimples. He has the Drake nose), Tim is on the run.
He can't go back to Gotham; that would be the first place Ra's would look for them. But he needed help.
Tim didn't know how to take care of a baby, and he couldn't protect the child by himself.
He only had one person in mind who knew children, who was outside Gotham, and who would fight tooth and nail against the Demon's Head -- Jason.
