Summary
“You are Loki!” Nope apparently he was the one the child was happy about finding. He watched with some humor as the child looked at Loki, then back at himself, then Loki again and giggled. Loki evaluated them both as well and discovered that while a different material and a slightly different shade, the child’s green t-shirt and pants were almost an identical match for Loki’s green tunic and leather pants.
“Yes I am. What I would like to know child is why–”
The child interrupted him. “I am Liam.” He declared with pride.
“Liam– why are you alone? You are rather small to be alone, are you not?”
“I am not small, I am six!” Loki smiled at the outburst of the boy.

Summary
“There is a new child, a new case, perhaps you’d be interested in, it requires singular attention. The boy is still very young and was just transferred. Allegedly his parents became afraid of him and what he was capable of with his powers after what happened earlier in the year with the aliens. I guess they had wanted to try but something about that whole scenario had them convincing themselves that because he was so powerful he was going to turn into a villain. A couple of weeks after they signed their parental rights over to the state.”
Steve was devastated on this child’s behalf.

Summary
“I tried dating over the years. Unfortunately, none of them were you. I know it was one infinitesimal moment that we shared that night, one soft, quick kiss but it resonated and the more time that passed, the more it meant. I found I couldn’t be serious about anyone when you were always in the back of my mind. And you?”
“I told you that night Buck, you were it for me. That never changed and it never will. I too tried dating but no one was you and there was nothing I could do to get you out of my head.”
Bucky reached over and took Steve’s hand. He didn’t interlace their fingers, just kept their palms connected and sighed softly in relief when Steve allowed it.
