Summary
After attacking someone in the ED, the hospital administration has decided that Robby is too close to going feral from so staying unmated for so long. They give him a choice - retire, or register for the government mating database and be assigned an omega. Robby has spent his whole life suppressing his alpha instincts, and resents the ultimatum... but he can't bring himself to quit. The omega he's matched to, a Dr. Dennis Witaker, needs Robby just as much as Robby needs him. But both men are emotionally scarred, and they only have a three week courting period to decide if they're going to bond. Can they learn to trust, and build a life together?

Robby, with a fog lifting from his mind, realizes…
Right.
Three months. He’d told Dennis he could stay here for three months. It had completely, entirely, left his mind.

Summary
Dennis tries to change the arrangement he and Robby have before an upcoming event. Their argument about going public leaves Dennis feeling avoidant and petty, and Robby guilt ridden and anxious.
The tension between them comes to a head when jealousy makes Robby realize his anxieties are worth overcoming if it means he’ll keep Dennis.
After they make up, Dennis shows Robby just how much being officially together means to him.

Summary
The thing Robby muttered when he pulled Jack by the hand towards his chest and clapped the back of his shoulder was “take care of Dennis, brother.”
‘Take care of Dennis’
It could mean anything.
Jack tries, he really tries his best to make it mean nothing.
Because, if Jack is honest with himself, he wants ‘take care of Dennis’ to mean something else entirely.

Or: Robby tells Jack to "take care of Dennis" while he's gone and Jack hears "yeh fuck him in my bed".Series

Summary
The conference itself would’ve been bad enough on its own. Three days in Virginia Beach with physicians from across the East Coast attending lectures and networking events and social hours that nobody actually wanted to participate in. But no, PTMC had also agreed to some commemorative panel recognizing the one-year anniversary of Pittfest.
Meaning Robby somehow ended up scheduled the next day to accept a departmental honor recognizing “exceptional leadership and emergency response coordination during mass casualty management.” There would apparently also be a plaque. A shiny new plaque to hang in the ED. Because nothing helped process collective trauma like polished wood and engraved brass.
Or, Robby is selected to sit on a conference panel commemorating Pittfest and accept an award on behalf of PTMC. (Inspired by the photo of Noah Wyle looking *lovingly* at a picture of Gerran/Dennis)
