Summary
The Sully's and Spider have settled in since the battle had ended at Three Brothers Rock. Neteyam recovered from the bullet wound, Spider was getting to learn the ways of the Metkayina, but Neytiri was treating him as if he were a toddler again, and the Metkayina were getting more comfortable with the Sully family as a whole. But then a ghost of Jake's past has come to Awa'atlu. How will this affect things. Is it a blessing from Eywa or a plague in disguise?
Or
Tom Sully, Jake's twin brother has appeared as a recombant. Is he here to rekindle the brotherly bond the two shared or is something darker afoot? Only one way to find out..... Read as the story progresses.

Summary
Rated Mature for what happens at the beginning of the first chapter. Most of the story will be wholesome.
In an alternate outcome, in a reality where Neytiri had welcomed Spider fully into her family as her first son, things played out very similarly. RDA returned, Lo'ak, Tuk, Spider and Kiri went to the Old Shack, Quarritch and The Recoms captured the four of them, then, all hell breaks loose as Neytiri, Jake and Neteyam save them. But things play out differently from there when the grenade hits Spider and Kiri's location. How will Spider cope with what comes to pass. How will the Sully family react. Is there any way to make right of what happened? Read and find out.

But Eywa works in glorious ways.

Ao’nung shook his head in disbelief, stepping away from Lo’ak, turning his gaze way from those big, desperate golden eyes. He couldn’t believe what Lo’ak was asking of him, even though he was certain Lo’ak was serious.
“I will not cut your fingers off!” He hissed, turning to walk away, this conversation was too much. Too much to bear. How… How could Lo’ak even think this? How could he ask this of him? As Ao’nung turned around, Lo’ak’s hand desperately gripped his arm urging him to turn back. He was weaker now. He hadn’t gotten his strength back yet.
“No, Ao’nung! You don’t understand! I can’t look like them! I can’t!” Lo’ak’s voice broke as he spoke, not even daring to say the names of the men who murdered his brother. Ao’nung turned to him again, and almost regretted it when he saw the desperation on his face. Lo’ak was dead-serious, he knew that.

Neteyam was about to open his mouth and finally set the record straight that no, he wasn’t courting Ao’nung, and why did everyone keep assuming that?, when the boy in question suddenly appeared in front of them like a mirage.
