He’s her little asshole younger brother. But sometimes when she sits beside him— like now under the soft light of the sun shining through the curtain in the Manor’s library as she watches him write a letter to send to his mother— she feels a deep, almost indescribable emotion well up inside her.
Not for him, but for Talia.

So when Wanderer, an Akademiya scholar just trying to survive coursework and the Traveler's antics, finds himself appointed (against his will) to fill the empty position through an diplomatic agreement between Snezhnaya and Sumeru, most assume he's going to fail within the first week.
What they don't expect was for this "newbie" to take command as if he'd been doing so his whole life.
What they - and Wanderer himself - also don't expect is for the Fatui to react as if they've known him their whole lives.

As far as the highest echelons of society were concerned, the Vinsmoke family has ever been something of a spectacle. Part aristocratic marvel, part cautionary tale, depending who you asked. Their considerable wealth implied a profound detachment from reality, and if Perona was right (as she insisted she always was), at least two of Judge’s progeny were precisely the sort of insufferable who would have mistaken a moral compass for a decorative brooch. Her words, not Zoro’s.

"I apologize," Damian spat, somehow making it sound like an insult.
"It's ok, little buddy," Steph chirped.
"I am not your---"
"Yup. My little buddy, that's what you are. My littlest buddy," She cooed.
Frankly, Dick was confounded by her limitless audacity.

Red Hood's men are… a bit unusual. They're still clearly the henchmen of the new and upcoming Crime Lord who openly and aggressively hates Batman but for some reason… they're dead set on helping Robin.
They're even fairly good at helping out. Though, when Robin gets hit with a modified version of Poison Ivy's pollen, their solution is to call his 'older brother' who apparently they think is Red Hood himself.

“And you know deep down that so has Father and Todd and everyone else. Because you don’t belong. You never did.”

He might not have admitted it openly, but Damian does like Drake's company. After a fight with Tim which Damian said some things he didn't mean to, he tries to fix the new rift between them. By learning how to skateboard.
There's a competition, the winning prize being a skateboard signed by Tim's favorite skateboarder. And Damian was going to win. Two weeks to learn how to skate? For Damian, it was as easy as a breeze.

The league of villains wake up at Kamino with all of their memories from the war in tact. Given a do-over, they're all determined to get a better ending. Unfortunately, having knowledge about the future doesn't guarantee that their changes won't result in even more complicated, messier issues. They’re still villains, after all. But they’re together again, and that’s the one thing they refuse to lose this time. They’ll tear the timeline apart before they let it break them the same way twice.
