Adolin’s determined not to screw up what he has with Shallan. However, he can’t stop thinking about the bossy med student who saved him in an alley fight. Unbeknownst to him, neither can his sorta kinda girlfriend.
Kaladin just wants to keep Bridge Four afloat and is certainly not developing feelings for any spoilt rich people.

This time, Dalinar decides to return to the tower with his group of Radiant guards as Jasnah and the Mink wrap up the war in Emul.
