“Deku, what the fuck,” It’s almost indistinguishable from his usual tone, but Izuku doesn’t miss the way his voice is shaking a bit. It takes him by surprise to see his childhood friend look so distraught over this.
Izuku grabs for the counter to help himself up while maintaining his gaze. “Kacchan,” he says again. He thinks he must look pathetic. He doesn’t know what else to say. ‘Help me, Kacchan’? ‘Go away’?
His mouth stays open, as if it were stuck like this, just gaping. “Kacchan,” he repeats, but now he sounds desperate, because he is. “I think I’m dying.”
Izuku is hit by a quirk that stops him from sleeping, his friends are worried and Aizawa needs a break. -

In a world where All Might never found the sludge villain before it got Midoriya. It took over his body to hide, bringing him back to the League of Villains without thinking.
Midoriya knew too much for the League to let him go. They found his mother and held her life over his head. Either he complied or they killed his mother and then him.
Midoriya was smart and resourceful, after months of harsh unforgiving training, he could take on most people, villains and heros alike.
The League assigned him assassination missions of heros that were getting in his way. He was a hardened villain, but the world wasn’t so sure he was evil.
Midoriya sacrificed everything for the ones he loved, wouldn't you?

Or a world where I think what I could I possibly do to hurt Midoriya more, and then I write exactly that. My poor broccoli boy. He didn't deserve any of this.

But he’s already made his decision; you can't come back from this. He stares wide-eyed as the ground gets closer and closer as the seconds tick on, eyes squeezing shut as he waits for impact. He awaits the consequences of his own stupid actions and then—
I don’t want to die.
—and then he opens his eyes and he’s stood peering over the edge of the building he’d just fallen from. Beside him, his shoes are tucked neatly on the ledge, backpack leaned on the ground beside them just as he’d left them. Izuku blinks owlishly, leaning forwards to stare ten stories down. Ten stories down where he’d just been a moment prior, only seconds away from hitting the ground.He’s... back?
And that’s the first time Midoriya Izuku realizes that he does, in fact, have a Quirk.
