Was it vampirism nudging him to seek out new life, to share his curse?

Summary
When Tim was 9 he accidentally took a picture of the assumed myth; Batman.
Though he managed to escape, that experience should've been enough of a close call to make Tim quit his dangerous hobby of solving the old disappearance cases the city had already forgotten. But if anything that photograph only managed to get Tim ever more invested in solving these curious cases. Why? Well because in the corner of the photograph, though now sporting an adult frame, Tim could clearly recognise the features of the long forgotten Dick Grayson, his most far fetched case.
And when you find evidence as damning as a photograph, you don't just drop a case.
Tim knew this Batman creature was responsible for more than just a few of the disappearances in Gotham, he just needed to prove it, along with the fact that Fey were actually real of course. Easy right?
Sadly, Batman himself was also curious to find the young boy who was finding the truth he'd so long ago hidden. He'd monitor him closely, with the help of his family of course.

“What’s wrong, Pretender? Tapping out before we’ve even started?” Jason calls out.
There’s nothing Jason would like more than to throw the kid around right now. Leave him with a broken bone or five, maybe show his guns a little action if he feels like it. But looking at the figure on the ground, he can’t shake a feeling of wrongness. He tells himself he’s being crazy.
“The fuck is wrong with you?” He moves to kick him, get him up and awake, but his foot slips in something. It gives him pause, and he looks down.

Summary
Batman knows who Hood is. Disregarding the fact that he hasn’t told anybody about his suspicions (a discovery, it’s been long enough it qualifies as a concrete discovery), even though not telling people things about Jason is what got him and Dick into an enormous fight last time, he still hasn’t removed Jason’s codes from the system. Tim checked, back when he was still uncertain if his whole deduction was just paranoia.
It’s not. Batman knew who Jason was, he knew all the reasons why he’d have a grudge against him, he moved Tim into a distant, defenseless location, and he practically threw the door wide open.
So it’s not that far a leap, really. Tim is good at evidence. And the evidence says Batman doesn’t really care if he dies, not if killing him gets it out of Jason’s system. Not if it means his real Robin gets to come home.
