Summary
The man in the hood looks up and Tommy draws back, startled by the sight of a scar running through a milky eye. The man tips his head. “I don’t take kindly to those who pry in my deals, you know.”
“I wasn’t, I swear,” Tommy exclaims. “This is a misunderstanding. I’m just—”
A throat clears from somewhere behind him. “There you are. I’ve been searching everywhere for you.”
or: a crimeboys-centric Howl's Moving Castle au featuring Wizard Wilbur Soot and a confused and cursed Tommy.

Summary
It’s easy to think she’ll never grow up, even a year after finding her; coiled up in a seaweed basket and tossed out into the riptide.
There were others, she’d told him and Bad, aside from herself and Dapper. Eleven total, all bundled up tight and tossed out to sea or dropped on doorsteps on the island.
He just hopes it’s safer up there than it is down here.

Summary
Missa has been tasked with stopping a cult from completing a ritual that could potentially bring the end of many lives, a ritual that involves the sacrifice of a child in an effort to bring the old god of death and entropy back into the game.
He fails to stop the ritual.
And so does the angel of death, Philza.
Now Missa is lost with a death-exempt child in an hostile environment, armed with nothing but the blessing of the angel who swore to watch over both of them.

Summary
In a small town bordering a monster infested forest laid Tommy, a boy like no other with a past forgotten with time. He was shunned by the villagers for something he couldn’t control, well, all but one. Dream was a man who had great standing and took him in when anyone else would have left him to die. He was Tommy’s sounder, his protector.
So he turned a blind eye to Dream’s harsh treatment and questionable actions. Everything changes when Dream lets him go into the Nether with him on an expedition. When he meets the monsters he resembles so much like, when they take him with open arms despite his growls and loud protests.
Alternatively: Tommy gets taken in by piglin SBI after being mistreated by humans all his life. He relearns what it means to be loved while carrying biases on his back that’s been drilled into him all his life. He wants nothing to do with them, yet at the same time he wonders why they treat him so much better then Dream ever did.
Dream was sounder, he was protector. At least that’s what he once believed.
