There’s so much energy housed within him; an entire sun sunk under his skin. He burns brighter than every star in the sky, proud and demanding attention — demanding eyes upon his lonely heart.
He’ll be an alpha, they whisper.
For he houses a monster and surely only an alpha could do such a thing. He is not soft, though he is kind. He is hard lines and square hands, not curves and smooth skin. Perhaps a beta, if anything else.

Summary
The world Naruto knew was no more. Konoha had been completely eradicated, resistance against Madara’s ambitions stamped out. Only Naruto was left.
But just as he accepts defeat, Kurama steps in. And thus a second chance is presented—a take two. A new start. And, willingly or not, Naruto’s future collides with his past.
The shinobi villages will never expect what's coming for them.

Summary
One minute, Shikamaru's life was a grayscale and the next, he was living in an explosion of color.
The sky is bluer and the shape of the clouds is more prominent, the smell of the grass intensifies and the air sings instead of simply beating against his body. Suddenly people have faces and among them all one undoubtedly shines above the rest.
