Summary
Red is dead.
The SOS message is from two years ago on a forgotten planet. MIRA doesn't do rescue missions. Their Rebellion does, even if it's a lost cause.
Purple knows its hopeless, Red wasn't built to endure the hardships of life. Yet... Why do they feel this way. Cyan predicts something big happening soon, they can feel fates energy tugging at their threads. Green is expecting to load up on scraps, maybe recruit a desperate bean in the process.
None of them could have anticipated this.

Summary
Becoming a Nurse Aide at MIRA’s Skeld Branch Hospital was supposed to be Green’s ticket to an RN license and hopefully Med school. Sure, living with their distant cousin Lime is a test of patience, and hospital politics are a nightmare, but it’s their dream to become a health care professional! Not that they minded shoveling wriggling bait back on the family worm farm.
That is, until a Very Important Patient enters the picture and derails Green's focus. Falling for a patient is bad; falling for a VIP is a career-ending catastrophe. Green is about to discover that every/any kind of love at MIRA is messy and keeping up is going to take more than medical skill.
One ex-worm farmer turn Nurse Aide. One off-limits super-star VIP. A whole lot of hospital drama.

Summary
Green was far from being your typical imposter; having been raised by crewmates on a worm farm that caused them to grow up to become a kind, non-violent alien. Their alien identity was a well-kept secret, as the fact they weren't actually a crewmate was a detail Green always had to hide to those outside their immediate family, but lying to their romantic partner, White, felt so wrong. To build their relationship on a lie, to pretend they were who they said they were- to pretend they weren't a monster. So, as much as they don't want to, Green decides to confess to being an alien.
White has an interesting reaction.

Summary
Purple isn't exactly sure precisely at which point their life went to hell. If someone had asked them a year ago, or even two weeks ago they would have said it was the day Red signed the NDA, or maybe the Polus Reactor Meltdown that preceded. This past week on the Skeld has proved that when you think those kinds of things the universe conspires to show you just how bad it can really get, over and over again.
The thing wearing Red's skin clears their throat, "Is this better?"

In the wake of defeat, Purple is forced to live on a ship with the alien imposter that killed their entire crew and the parasite that now lives in the captain's body.
Takes very heavy inspiration from Amonguy's "Bad End" comics, it's a kind of continuation. I recommend you read that first before coming to this fic (definitely not an excuse to convince you to go read their comic, ooooh you want to read it so baaad)
