    The many worlds theory of immortality suggests that one is immortal from one's point of view, given that every single quantum event produces new worlds, one from each outcome of the quantum event in question - if you happen to die in any of them, you will just keep living in the others, as it's impossible for your counsciousness to be aware of a world in which you're dead.
    Quantum suicide is a thought experiment that could, purportedly, falsify this theory, in which the subject would have to sacrifice themselves to find out if they'd survive, but in which only they'd know the outcome of the experiment.

    Pedri is doing his PhD in physics and getting physically consumed by his work day by day. Ferran is trying his best to keep his boyfriend from falling apart, clinging to all the promises they made to each other before things started falling apart.
