Summary
Throughout his life, Lohen had received many flowers from people close to him. Still, not once had anyone even tried to gift him flowers with romantic intent. It's not like he had wanted someone to do it before Illuga. For all his life, he had gone against his omega nature, acting rowdy and brash, so it made sense that no alpha or even a beta would want to court him.
So when he opened his eyes to poor Illuga being a blushing mess, looking at anything but him, and two flowers on his own hand, his world stopped.
A winter icelea and a dandelion.
Lohen had been rendered speechless. No one had ever looked his way or found him likable enough to gift him anything. Maybe he wasn't a perfect omega, but he was a person with feelings, and sometimes he also wanted flowers and a cute boy courting him.
As he stared at the pretty flowers, his eyes burned a little because a cute boy was courting him and giving him flowers.
Lisa had told him once that he was as beautiful as a flower. Back then, Lohen didn't believe her, but after falling in love, he was starting to believe it was true.
Or, the many flowers Lohen received throughout his life.

"Are you going to claim me?" Lohen asked as if he were talking about the weather.
Shocked, the poor man choked on his own spit. "Excuse me?!"
"I mean, we're sharing my heat, so I think you should bite me and-"
Embarrassed, Illuga's blush spread from his neck to his ears. "Please stop talking."
"You don't want to?" Lohen asked, tilting his head to one side.
"I do, but you… You're going way too fast."
The omega hummed. "Am I? I mean, you already proposed, so I thought it was the next logical step." At his words, the alpha's blush deepened. Lohen chuckled at how cute his fiancé was.
"It's okay, birdie. We can become mates when your heart is ready. I'll wait for you," Lohen said with a sweet smile gracing his features. Even with his hair plastered to his sweaty forehead and his pre-heat discomfort showing on his face, he was stunning.
Or, Lohen goes through hell until it gets better.

Lohen snorted. He looked at the ring with annoyance, because he agreed that the thing looked nice, but he didn't like those thoughts one bit. "Don't get used to seeing this thing on my hand. I'm getting rid of this engagement."
Illuga's piercing gaze caught Lohen's eyes, and the latter felt disarmed. The alpha grabbed his hand softly, caressing Lohen's fingers with his own in a teasing way that had the omega blushing. Then, he brought Lohen's hand to his lips, brushing a tender kiss over his ring finger. Lohen almost cursed out loud because of the way his heart raced. After his little stunt, Illuga found his eyes and smirked.
Ah! This little shit...
"Sure. Do your best," the younger man said with a lovely smile gracing his features.
Fuck him.
Or, Lohen's parents force him into an arranged marriage he doesn't want, so he elaborates a plan to get rid of the engagement.
