Then she hauls back and socks Lann Tarv in his miserable fucking mouth.
Things dissolve pretty quickly afterward.

Summary
Wyll was a monster hunter. Astarion knew this on a logical level, of course. Hells, Wyll had practically introduced himself that way. But it was quite another thing to see Wyll put the puzzle pieces together.
And gods, Astarion had no earthly idea of what he was to do, if Wyll decided to divulge what he had learned.

Summary
A vaguely-chronological collection of moments between everyone’s favourite tadfools, following their journey before the Shadow-Cursed Lands.
or; Lae’zel’s threats of cannibalism are forgiven for her… ‘creative strategies’ in the goblin camp, Wyll worries for the rest of the party’s sanity while deflecting any assessment of his own, Gale discovers the Orb is not the only thing that can make him explode, Karlach honestly just has a pretty good time, Astarion is falsely accused of the great offence of littering while having definitely committed greater crimes in the past tenday, and Shadowheart would just like one quiet night at camp, please.

Summary
They’ve barely been in the city a tenday when Orin kidnaps Gale. Finding him turns out to be the least of their problems; when he finally wakes, two days after his rescue, they discover that the jagged teeth of whatever curse Orin masticated him with are still sunk in deep.
While the others go off to find a cure, Astarion stays with Gale.

Summary
The Shadow-Cursed Lands are absolutely dreadful. They’re corrupt, twisted, and any of the sun’s light that makes it through the dark shroud over the place does nothing to stave off the chill from their bones. Lucky for a certain group of adventurers with tadpoles in their heads, their resident tiefling with a freshly tuned-up heart (and a warlock with Hells-tainted blood coursing through his veins) just so happen to run the perfect temperature for keeping the cold away.
