    Summary

Takes place before the From the Ashes DLC. So'lek realizes that he is finally starting to let his guard down around the humans, or rather one human in particular.

Penelope is a human scientist who has an avatar body but rarely uses it. She was one of the first people to join the resistance. She got to Pandora, expecting it to just be a scientific expedition, only to realize just what the RDA was actually doing and left shortly after that. Now she spends her days sketching and observing the local fauna, all while trying to get So'lek to open up more.

    "Are you my mama?"

    Tsunade's eyes shoot open.

    What the fuck?

After getting stranded in what appears to be an alternate dimension littered with beings named Devils, Tsunade finds herself being followed around by a little boy named Denji and his pesky chainsaw pet, claiming she's his long-dead mother.

    Tsunade isn't amused.

Or, seven-year-old Denji thinks it's a miracle his mother is alive. Even though she has a weird purple diamond on her forehead and breaks buildings when she's angry, Denji's never been more thankful to the world for bringing her back. He doesn't care how she's not dead—he's just happy he's clean, full, and warm in her arms.
