Summary
Albatross is the monster of children's tales. The ancient beast that serves as a grim reminder of caution. But that was not the end of his story.
Fathom is the fairy of legend. The helpful ally who grants the hero the weapon they seals the demon. But that was not the end of his story.
Orca is the lesson to be learned. A failed first draft of a scroll yet to be published. But that was not the end of her story.
Not if she had anything to say about it.
Turtle is the afterthought. A character only given a name to round out the roster of infinitely more likable characters.
That's always what he thought at least.
But the shadows that haunt him, they whisper in his ears a tale of...

Summary
Glittering celestial majesty flew from the beginning of all creation, sent at the behest of a wizard whom wished for her love to have existed since even before time began. It was such a potent act of magic devotion that jealousy would rage among all beings who it wasn't directed towards.
That would've included Figueroth, Archdevil of Rebellion as well, but the message was directed at her for some reason.
It was really sweet actually.
Just who in the Nine Hells of Baator was Ayda?

Summary
The Rainwing was trapped and that Nightwing stood over her with a spear. She wasn't afraid, just angry.
But turns out she wasn't at his mercy.
He was at hers.
In a world where the prophet Morrowseer never devised the Dragonet Prophecy, a certain Rainwing still ended up the Queen and investigated the disappearances. In a world where the Dragonets of Destiny were never gathered, a certain Nightwing became Head Scientist due to the untimely death of his father, forced to continue his experiments.
A deal, an act of treason, and a swift surrender led Glory to conquer the Nightwing tribe with no Rainwing casualties. With her new right claw dragon she established the first empire on Pyrrhia.
If only she knew what to do with all these marriage proposals.
Eh, Starflight will handle it.

Summary
The Hunter of Hunters had a healthy disdain for makeup, like she did most human inventions, but like this she could find herself swayed. Like this, she could point out every line in Amanda’s face, admire the fight her darkened undereyes pitched against hours-old concealer. She wanted to reach out and feel it, get foundation all over her fingers.
“You’re spacing out, Lilda.” Amanda giggled. “Are you tired, or are you more buzzed than I thought?”
“‘M tired, yeah,” Hunter muttered, trying to brush off her embarrassment as she shrugged off her own jacket. “Thanks again for letting me stay the night.”

Summary
The streets of Bastion City are rife with crime. But amidst the hierarchy of thieves, one name still manages to reign supreme: the Captain, a one-eyed criminal with a penchant for stealing expensive, if not occasionally pragmatic, items. From valuable jewellery to fancy arcano-tech, he’s swiped it all.
Gorgug knows his best friend, Riz, has been pursuing the Captain for a while, calling him his archrival.
Gorgug just… didn’t expect to run into the thief himself first.
(Or: 5 times Gorgug ran into the Captain, infamous thief of Bastion City, and the 1 time Riz finally did.)
