Childe’s exit from the Primordial Sea after being hurled through the dimensional rift brings him on a small detour, and he comes face to face with someone who looks…a lot like Master Skirk.
(In which Jingliu and Skirk look SO ALIKE that I impulsively wrote a fic on that single premise.)Aka Childe interacts with the Astral Express, the Xianzhou Luofu cast, and check-ins on Teyvat. He participates in a few companion quests ranging from Kafka’s to Jingliu’s. Watch him comprehend the power scaling in the Star Rail verse, getting himself into trouble, figure out how to return to Teyvat, and other shenanigans (if you ever wondered what would happen if Blade met Childe, this is the fic for you). At that moment, a high pitched whine comes from under the shrub. An inhuman noise.

Capitano crouches down to peer at the underside of the bush, and is met with the blue eyes of an animal.
