Something inside of Scott breaks after Nikos’s final death, but it’s not just his mask.
Before the match, Nikos had asked Abolish and Scott to make them pay if he loses… and Scott will deliver.
Meanwhile, Abolish finds it ironic that he’s only realized how much he wants to hold on when Nikos is no longer here and Scott is no longer reaching out.
Death is one thing, but the way Scott loses himself to this sick game? The way he willingly changes and darkens the light inside of him? That's what truly terrifies Abolish.

Summary
The arena didn't allow for a curtain call, but Scott had always known how to exit a stage.
When a Champion dies for the final time, they don't return to the Underworld. Instead, they become ghosts... mere fragmented shadows of their former selves.
Scott was the first to die, but he's fine with it. He'd always known that he was never going to win, and the way he becomes a spirit afterwards just makes all his worries flow away with the winds. It's rather pleasant really, especially since he could continue to watch over all his favorite actors.
But for some reason... Nikos and Abolish seem upset?
Scott tries to soothe his former lovers, unaware that his lingering presence is only a bitter reminder of the life they were robbed of. A love that had bloomed so brightly and taken root far too deep to ever truly be forgotten.

Summary
When Scott's throat is sliced open on stage, the crowd does what they always do.
They applaud.
To them, his desperate choking is a masterclass in acting. To Scott, it's the terrifying end.
But before the darkness can claim him, two men that no one would expect jump on stage. One is Nikos, a fierce foreigner whose land had been conquered, and Abolish, a retired gladiator turned blacksmith. They work in tandem, Abolish fighting off the guards as Nikos brings Scott back from the depths of Hades with a potion shared through a kiss.
The two men should've been instantly praised and adored. Instead, they're imprisoned and slotted for execution – everyone believing that THEY are the ones who had tried to kill Scott.
Maybe it would be 'smart' to just let them rot, but Scott refuses. Even if it goes against the script, he will find a way to free and repay his handsome saviors.

Opening a bakery was supposed to give Kai a break from his life in the Anacondrai Cult, but things get complex when Ninjas start visiting his shop… especially a certain Black Ninja.
(Getting close will only make betraying them more painful, but as always... Kai has no choice.)
Meanwhile, Cole has been counting down the days until Mr. Chen’s Bakery opened. Not just for the pastries, but because he’s been a superfan of Kai Smith, charming celebrity ward of Mr. Chen, for years.
What he can’t figure out is why his teammate, Nya Julien, harbors a mysterious loathing for Kai. Whatever it is, she'll need to get over it when Kai is targeted by strange attacks and kidnapping, requiring the Ninjas as bodyguards.
If that wasn't enough, the terrifying Red Shogun of a mysterious cult is hunting down Elemental Masters. Cole hopes they can capture him soon so he can return to eating cake (and staring at Kai).
