Summary
“So, not here for networking, not here for the canned pitch—what are you here for?” Harvey’s surprised to find the question is genuine. He hasn’t been this intrigued by a law student since…well, since he was one himself.
Mike holds up the plate of meatballs. “Free food.”
Or: In a slightly different life, Mike and Harvey still meet under unusual circumstances.

Summary
It’s the first time Harvey’s letting him into the room, his first time at the big kid table, and Mike couldn’t be more excited.
That is, until he catches a face looking back at him through the glass that he’d hoped to never see again.

Summary
“I see,” Harvey says. “What school?”
“Stanford Law,” Mike replies.
That gets the guy to perk up minutely, a there-and-gone twitch of his eyebrows. “Law?”
“Yeah. Don’t tell me—you’re a corporate sellout, aren’t you?”
Harvey laughs under his breath, which is how Mike knows he’s right.

Bookmarker's Notes
So sweet and gentle. Feels like a Suits-ified version of a romcom and I love it so much.

Summary
Later that day, Mike finds himself doodling on his legal pad. He can’t stop thinking about the thick black patterns, the delicate lines, the dramatic letters in half-revealed words. He knows he should not be obsessed with the parts left unseen (too late) or his boss at all (way too late), especially after that cab ride, but the ink is also permanent in Mike’s persistent memory.
Or, Harvey keeps leaving Mike speechless. Until he doesn't.

Summary
Louis had dragged Mike by the scruff of his neck to see a client after-hours - a middle-aged and quite frankly drop-dead gorgeous woman named Talia Grayson who just so happened to be a self-proclaimed psychic. Somehow Mike had been both bamboozled and hoodwinked into having his future predicted or something. He’s not entirely sure what happened, but he’s sure there were tarot cards on the table whilst Louis smiled his Cheshire-cat smile across from him.
It's all shits and giggles until he finds himself living the same day over and over again with absolutely no means to get out.
-
Mike gets stuck in a time loop of his own making, living the same workday countless times. Harvey might just be at the centre of it all. Of course he is, smug bastard.
