Summary
Cliff Marleau is being plagued by nightmares after he accidentally knocked out Shane Hollander. To ease his mind, Cliff goes to the hospital to visit Shane, rather than Ilya.

Summary
For a minute, JJ just stares at Shane’s phone screen and wonders if he’s lost his mind. Everything around him seems so completely normal—Hayden is stretched out on his hotel bed, shoes still on, happily texting his wife; while Shane himself is methodically unpacking his suitcase, hanging up his game day suit for tomorrow—that he’s probably not dreaming. To get some clarity on the situation, JJ says, “Shane, why is Ilya Rozanov sexting you?”
Shane’s head whips around so fast JJ is surprised he doesn’t crack his neck. “What?” he says, mouth hanging open. Then he snatches his phone out of JJ’s hand so fast you would have thought it was a game-winning shot, and then he says, “He’s not. Why the fuck are you on my phone?”
Or, Ilya was never “Lily” in Shane’s phone, and JJ and Hayden find out about Shane and Rozanov’s thing earlier on. It doesn’t really change much.

Shane walks out of the fight with Scott Hunter convinced that Hunter knows and is about to tell everyone, so he sends Ilya a confusing text and blocks him.
Ilya freaks out and spends every waking second trying to figure out what went wrong, and then, when he finds out, how he can kill Scott Hunter and make it look like an accident.

Hunter reaches out his free hand on the TV as he swirls around to face the guy, cupping it around the outside of the guy’s jean jacket shoulder. It’s so not-bros that the sight of it makes Hayden’s breath catch. He reaches out his own hand and puts it on Jackie’s thigh, clutching.
“Guys! Shut up! Look!”
Finally, they’re listening. The chatter ceases just in time for Scott Hunter— Scott Motherfucking Hunter— to lean in and. Well. Right there on the big screen, Scott Hunter kisses a man on the ice.
Hayden squeezes Jackie’s thigh even harder, letting out a breathless little laugh. Holy shit, he thinks, which is a fair reaction. It’s immediately followed by a less rational, Oh thank fuck, Shane doesn’t have to be the first, then.
OR: In the wake of Scott Hunter kissing his boyfriend on the ice, Hayden Pike reaches out to say congratulations... and to ask for some advice on supporting his unnamed not-straight friend.

Peter Parker is so fucked. He’d meant to tell Frank, really he had. But every time he started the sentence it stopped in his throat. He’d square his shoulders, ready to confess, but suddenly it would no longer be Frank he was looking at. Instead, he’d see May with blood crusted on her forehead and a vacant look he will never scrub himself clean of. He’d hear the quiver in MJ’s voice when she was pleading with him not to let Dr. Strange cast the spell. He’d feel Ned’s trembling hand underneath him as they did their handshake one last time while Ned still knew his favorite Star Wars movie and what it meant to have a best friend. People get hurt when they know Peter Parker, and he’s scared he’d already let Frank see too much.
OR
Peter and Frank have been hooking up routinely. Peter doesn’t know how to reveal one very important detail about himself, and Frank is getting worried about the mysterious bruises covering his body.
