Summary
“I wouldn’t do that,” Eddie says, smirking into a sip of his beer. “You’re—”
—on blood thinners, Buck's brain supplies a split second before Eddie finishes with,
“—injured.”
Right. Well, wasn’t that a fun little memory for his subconscious to exhume, and after a mere five words, too.
"Do you remember—" Buck, to his credit, has the good sense to hit the brakes on that sentence. "Never mind."
Or: Buck, Eddie, and the seven year old elephant in the kitchen.

Summary
But lying here, loose and relaxed, with a warm flush spreading over his skin and a lazy sense of pleasure singing in his veins, he’s a little too gone to care. Buck’s voice is dripping in starlight, hot and familiar in his ear, and with his eyes shut he can almost pretend that he’s here, beside him. He can almost pretend it’s Buck’s fingers that are making him feel this good; can almost pretend that Buck’s eyes are on him, dark and wanting as he watches Eddie lose himself.
Or, the one where Eddie has lots of very homosexual gay as fuck thoughts about men. And about Buck. Mainly Buck.

Summary
“Do you even like him?” Josh asks, a few seconds later, after Buck… hasn’t said anything.
He’s in the middle of a gay bar—surrounded by beautiful people awash with color in all the shades of the rainbow, gorgeously queer and unapologetically them—and he’s been watching Eddie all night. His literal boyfriend hasn’t crossed his mind once, and he suddenly can’t think of a single reason why he’s even with him in the first place.
Or, Eddie flirts with a man at a gay bar. Buck is totally normal about it. (Spoiler: he’s not.)

Summary
Buck is weird around him, and there’s a pile of dirty laundry in his bedroom that he feels emotionally dependent on, and sometime in the next couple of weeks he’s going to be horny out of his mind and begging for a knot. No worries. Eddie will just power on the way he always does when it feels like things are spinning out of his control.
or,
Eddie builds his first nest.

Summary
His phone is also there. In the kitchen. He’s propped it up against a stack of cookbooks, and it’s currently recording him.
Because he’s naked.
He’s naked, and he’s holding an egg, and his leg is in a cast. And he is willingly catching all of this on camera. For a guy on the Internet called Gus.
“Alright, Buckley. Get it together,” he says under his breath. He manually unclenches his ass, focusing instead on tensing his abs and pecs. If he’s doing this, he needs to look good.
Stealing a quick glance at his phone, Buck cracks the egg into the bowl. At the exact same time, Eddie steps through the back door.
OR: Buck’s brief attempt at e-dating does not go as planned. He gets a hell of a sex tape out of it, though.
