Summary
This story explores Loki before the events of the Thor 1 movie: Learning then that he was adopted catalyzes great hurt, confusion and brutality in him. I wanted to write about how he learned that brutality, and how it would have lead to the character we see in Thor 1 and later. I have always wanted to explore a younger version of Loki in general, and imagine more about his childhood, youth and coming of age before he becomes what we see of him in the MCU.
This story is really dark, Odin is really mean and those tags are there for a reason. There is plot, but very few breaks with fluff and nice feels. It gets very bad, but not to the point where it would cause a divert from canon into AU.Series

This series is my take on Loki before the events of the Thor 1 movie: Learning then that he was adopted catalyzes great hurt, confusion and brutality in him. I wanted to write about how he learned that brutality, and how it would have lead to the character we see in Thor 1 and later. I have always wanted to explore a younger version of Loki in general, and imagine more about his childhood, youth and coming of age before he becomes what we see of him in the MCU.
Most of the included stories are very dark, Odin is very mean, and those tags are there for a reason. There is plot, dark explicit smut, and very few breaks with fluff and nice feels. It gets very bad, but not to the point where it would cause a divert from canon into AU. Or so I hope.
I recommend to read chronologically, although you could read "The Boy and the God" as a stand alone.- Words:
