Summary
Rossi has a large house. One of his writer buddies likes to tease him that it’s more of a mansion, and Dave really can’t argue. It’s on a 3.5-acre lot, and the house itself is over 12,000 square feet. In fact, Dave gets such a kick out of aforementioned teasing that he starts actively correcting people if they call it a house. It’s a mansion, he should be proud of it! He worked for years to build up enough money to invest in things like real estate. Books don’t write themselves, after all.
Rossi.... doesn't like the mansion. Until he does.
