Summary
Los Angeles, 2017. Since the series ended, Dawson’s life hasn’t gone as he’d hoped, and he’s been taking any movie job he can just to stay afloat. His old friend Todd is doing better financially but feels stuck making commercials he couldn’t care less about to support his new family. His on-again, off-again girlfriend Audrey has been pushed by her parents to finally grow up, a process that’s not always pretty, and she misses Dawson deeply. As for his former fling Natasha, her acting career crashed due to bad decisions, and the last projects she worked on were so terrible that she’s embarrassed to have been involved in them. Now, she’s desperate for one last chance to redeem herself, if only in her own eyes. Things aren’t looking great for any of them, but when Dawson unexpectedly finds a new muse after his latest movie is shut down, it sets him on a path that could mean redemption for them all.
