Summary
Shifting and unstable concrete rumbled around him, and dust showered onto his neck. He spat out another clump of bloodied saliva and pressed his hand tighter to his side. Slick, warm blood pulsed from between his fingers.
It had been a simple, harmless class.
No one had expected the whole damn place to come down.
~
or, a training mission goes wrong and the class is caught in a collapsing building. Badly injured, Katsuki lies to his friends in order to make them rescue everyone else first.Series

Summary
Mitsuki sighs, long-suffering, and turns to retreat from his room. Just before the door shuts behind her, she pauses.
“I’m glad you’re making friends, Katsuki.”
He doesn’t respond for a moment, back turned to her as his hand slowly raises to ghost over his lips.
Friends, Katsuki echoes to himself, thinking back to the taste of smoke and cheap spearmint gum.
“Yeah,” he says finally.

Summary
“I mean, Bakugou would probably be able to give even Todoroki competition if he wasn’t always so… feral.”
Katsuki, who’s been peacefully minding his motherfucking business, glares at them venomously.
“Keep me out of your grade-school bullshit,” he snarls, and they all recoil instantly.
“Case in point,” Hagakure mumbles petulantly.

Summary
Perhaps he could forgive himself more easily if these flowers blooming in his lungs were for someone sensible. Yaoyorozu, maybe. Ochako. Someone he can take home to his parents and not feel insane about it. Hell, even Shouto or Izuku, if he truly feels like outing himself. But no, no, of course not, it just has to be—
“Hey, Four Eyes,” someone snaps from the other side of the bathroom stall. “We’re sparring partners today. Don’t go easy on me or I’ll know, and I’ll fucking kill you. Hurry up, Aizawa's freaking out about you being in here so long.”
Bakugou.
