Summary
Along with the usual cast of characters invited to Dodon Pa's racing tournament, the eccentric King and President of Donpa Motors has decided to host another racing tournament. But this time he's come up with an even crazier gadget, the Travel Ring. He's been tight lipped about exactly what this entails, but using it he's also somehow managed to extend his invitations to folks from other dimensions, including one sour fox, who seems to have some intent beyond just scoring a podium.
