Summary
"Killua, look what I found!"
Killua grunted as he got up and crawled over to where Gon was sitting. Instead of another dandelion, he was holding a tiny, bright yellow flower between his fingers. He grinned up at Killua, his eyes reflecting the sunlight that blazed overhead. Even his black hair shone with hidden flecks of gold.
Killua tore his eyes away from Gon's face to look down at the flower. "It's... Nice?"
Gon shook his head. "No, silly! Look under my chin."
Killua did as he was told, craning his neck to see a smudge of yellow light reflected onto Gon's chin from the flower.
"Huh. Is this another magical flower that grants wishes or something?"
"No, no." Gon waved his free hand and twirled the flower around between his fingertips. "It's called a buttercup, and if you turn yellow when it's under your chin, it either means you have a secret crush or that you like butter." Gon's face screwed up in thought, his nose scrunched in a way that made Killua's insides melt. "Mito-san told me when I was little, but I can never remember which."

Summary
"I don't understand, how can you be so okay with it?" He croaks.
"How can you be so cruel to yourself?" Killua asks in return.
He can't say it. He can't tell Killua he deserves it. He knows it will only hurt the other. He begins to tear up against his will, wanting to shut his eyes but knowing that it would do nothing to stop Killua from seeing.
Gon's voice cracks, "It's better than being cruel to you."

Gon can't feel Killua's aura anymore. This bothers him more than one would think.
