Set post Ceremonial Duel.
After finally being set free from the Millennium Puzzle, Pharaoh Atemu rules over the souls of his people in the peaceful afterlife. That peace doesn’t last long however as soon, the souls of the dead are under threat.
At the same time, Yugi and his friends suddenly appear in the land of the ancient dead via a nest of slithering serpents lead by the Egyptian god of Chaos, Apep.

Moved over from my now inactive fanfic account. Written around 2015.
A.U. 'fix it' series of events, set after Loki is given the throne when Odin falls into the Odinsleep in 'Thor' (2011). Based around the idea that Loki is not 'evil' and what happens after he is made king. Will cover events from 'Thor', 'The Avengers', and 'Thor, the Dark world.' Each chapter will have its own summary since they won't necessarily be written in chronological order.
Updated for formatting, line breaks and separating chapters as when I moved it over from my original FF account, I moved it all in one chapter for a quick upload and all my line breaks were deleted. 01/03/2026

Summary
After Kenshin and Kaoru return to the Dojo after the long night and fight with Jine, there was some time spent healing and recovering. Jine's stab through Kenshin's left shoulder, Kaoru's binding and capture, and the aftermath of those have to be tended to. Two days of no sleep, a fruitless hunt for a murderer, then a long trek to a remote shrine, a blade through the shoulder, and then walking back for over six hours - Who just smiles and says, "I'm home," after that? No one.
