Summary
After dying on the Death Star, Obi-Wan Kenobi expects to; well, die. Instead, he wakes up in the initiate dorms at the Coruscant Temple. The Force has sent him back in time, given him a second chance, and he knows what he needs to do. At twelve years old, his life is at a crossroads. Does he apprentice to Qui-Gon Jinn or does he join the AgriCorps. He knows the fate of the galaxy if he chooses the former and so he dedicates himself to the latter.
Only, the Force works in mysterious ways. When a third option is presented, becoming Yan Dooku's Padawan, Obi-Wan has to make a decision.
With a new master and a new chance, Obi-Wan is determined to save the galaxy from Sidious's plans for it.

Summary
It's not his fault this time. Any Jedi, any Force User upon finding themself in orbit around a planet just leaking Force energy would fly down an investigate. Sure, he's out of fuel and stuck with someone else's padawan, but what if it's a secret Sith base? Or a kyber mine? Really, he's just doing his duty.
It has nothing to do with the fact that travel rations taste abysmal.

Otherwise known as: an orange.
Shang Qinghua is the unloved half-demon son of a human fruit merchant. By pure accident, he finds a fire demon named Yue Qingyuan injured on the side of the road and not only patches him up but offers him an orange - as he was raised by humans, he doesn't quite know what that means in the culture of southern demons.
Yue Qingyuan asks him once, then twice, if he's sure.
That's all the warning he gets.

"I've scheduled you a parley," Bo-Katan says, ignoring Din with her usual haughty indifference. It's strange that she uses the term parley, a Basic word which Din has always understood to mean meeting with an enemy, and not the Mando’an urcye. If the context is that this parade of alors is, in fact, Din’s enemy, then he should be allowed to get away with a lot more punching. "With the alor of Clan Ordo. They've been hiding since the Night of a Thousand Tears. If you can secure their loyalty—"
"I won't," Din says.
"If you can secure their loyalty," Bo-Katan continues, gritting her teeth, "I believe it will go a long way to convincing other foundational clans to find you legitimate."
"I'm not legitimate," Din says.
"We'll just have to agree to disagree," Bo-Katan says.
"I don't agree," Din says.
She throws her hands up and storms off. It doesn't give Din as much satisfaction as he'd hoped it would, because he still has the kriffing parley, and he still has the kriffing Darksaber, and he's still the kriffing Mand'alor.

Summary
Din Djarin, the first true Mand'alor after the genocide and subsequent scattering of his people, is reluctant to have anything to do with the Galactic Empire, but is forced into a treaty of neutrality in order to ensure their survival. More specifically, a marriage treaty- one between him and an Imperial lauded as an apprentice of the Emperor himself. He's fully prepared for a loveless marriage to a man he loathes- until, somehow, his consort-to-be goes missing on the way to Mandalore.
Meanwhile, Luke Skywalker, somewhat less dead than the Rebellion thinks after his sudden disappearance a year after destroying the Death Star, has finally escaped the clutches of the Emperor. He'll do anything to not go back.
These two instances are...not mutually exclusive.

(i.e. The one where the Emperor, thinking Luke to be more broken than he is, sends him to marry the new, unpredictable Mand'alor as an Imperial spy. Luke has other thoughts on the matter. “Oh!” Ning Yingying jumps up so abruptly that she even startles Luo Binghe, her smile causing her eyes to narrow as her cheeks puff out. “How about we tell some scary stories?”
“Scary stories?” Ming Fan grimaces. He looks a little pale, and Luo Binghe is all too eager to feign enthusiasm just to irritate him. He doesn’t do it, however, trying to remain neutral. Shizun would want that. Shizun would tell him to keep a calm mind and not be deliberately provocative. “Trapped in a dark catacomb, in a cursed mausoleum? Ning-shimei, isn’t that a terrible idea?”... or, Luo Binghe hears some campfire horror stories, one of which sounds suspiciously identical to the entity that replaced the cruel Shen Qingqiu and became his beloved Shizun. Yet, knowing Shizun’s true supernatural identity shouldn’t change anything for him.

All Din wanted to do was help Luke explore an abandoned jedi temple. Now they're 30 years in the past and Din accidentally convinced some jedi into thinking they've traveled forward in time rather than backwards. No one asks Luke about this.
Basically Din ends up in the clone wars but through his lack of pre-empire knowledge and Anakin’s willingness to jump to conclusions, Din has accidentally convinced the old jedi order that he’s an ancient Mandalorian and Luke is an ancient jedi. And no one decides to explain this to Luke.
