Summary
“Don’t turn your back on me, Replacement,” he hisses lowly, “You’re really starting to piss me off with that high and mighty attitude of yours. Now, you will get your ass over here so that I can knock you off that high horse you’ve put yourself on, and then we can be on our merry way. Yeah?”
"Or what? You'll shoot me?"
----
After a long night crime-fighting, Jason is pissed off that Bruce side-lined him. He takes his anger out on Tim, who decides to call his bluff.

Summary
He thought he had more time. He thought the shit he pulled across all of Ra’s bases and his takeover of WE would be enough to keep him occupied until Tim could think again. It’s only been four months. That’s too soon. That’s way too soon. Tim couldn’t face him again so soon—
-Ra’s is planning to make an appearance in Gotham soon.
-Stay safe.----
Ra's had far more nefarious motivations for bringing Tim to Nanda Parbat. Unfortunately, Tim neglected to tell his family exactly what Ra's did to him.

Summary
Dick’s face scrunched slightly as he looked vaguely in the direction of the locker room beyond the wall, his detective brain already connecting dots. He turned back to his brother. “Did something happen on the drug raid?”
Yes, but nothing that hasn’t happened a dozen times before, which was part of the issue he wanted to address.
“Yes, it-“ he hesitated.
“You need to stop pairing me up with Jason and Damian for patrols.”
-----
Jason and Damian never really mellowed out in their treatment towards Tim beyond no longer trying to kill him or maim him. Dick and Bruce decided to send them on missions and patrols together to that they could learn to work with each other, but didn't account for the fact that those two were being assholes on purpose. A sabotage by his own teammates pushes Tim past his limit and he confronts Dick about this decision.

Summary
“Nightwing is missing.”
For a moment, Jason thinks he might still be dreaming. In the nightmare, there was green flame all around him and someone wearing a Robin mask and a Joker smile was shrieking laughter as Jason burned. Now there’s glaring white light in his eyes and a kid in the Robin mask is standing over Jason’s bed and his eyes are just that shade of poison green. It takes a conscious effort not to grab the kid’s — Damian’s — throat in a strangling grip.
“What?” he snaps out, when he can speak, and then he sees the tremor around Damian’s mouth and realizes that this is the kid terrified out of his mind. Shit. Nightwing is missing. Oh shit.

Summary
Tim is about to start his quest to prove Bruce is alive. He returns to his secret lab in Gotham, seeing his old work from when he was trying to clone Kon. He had 99 failed attempts, in an attempt to close that chapter of his life and move on with his grief; he half-heartedly does one more attempt. This final attempt succeeds, but not in a way Tim expected. He combined his and Kon's DNA, accidentally initiating processing that would mimic sexual reproduction.
He created a baby with his and Kon’s DNA. Or, a baby would be created, after the sequence is finished in several months. Tim doesn’t know if he hopes the process succeeds or fails by the time he returns.
After finding himself successful in his quest to save Bruce, and his company, Tim was notified that his experiment had been successful. He returned to lab to be surprised with a set of twins. In an act of fear and desperation, Tim prepared himself to disappear with his babies.
If only Jason didn’t stop by Tim’s apartment with a bullet wound and throw a minor hiccup in his plan.
And if only Ra’s didn’t have it in his wrinkly ass head that Tim should be his heir by any means necessary.
