Summary
Naruto means well, he really does. He doesn't mean for things to go wrong around him, doesn't mean to bump things off edges and unnerve the other kids and be too loud and be too quick and be too distractible, he just can't help it. He can't help his sense of smell, can't help his little claws, can't help his hearing, can't help the growls and the snarls when he's backed into a corner.
He doesn't mean to be the weird kid. He just wants to be loved. He doesn't want to have the scent of hate-fear-grief baked into his nose, he's only four.
And then he runs into the woods around Konoha on one especially bad day in the lone-house, and discovers salvation.

Summary
Chōji's thirteen when his father leaves on a three-month mission to Tsubu, the Land of Grain. It's the longest mission Chōza's ever taken, and the house feels too big, too quiet, with him not in it. Chōji tries to tell himself the time will pass quickly, but days stretch into weeks with agonizing, empty slowness. That is, they do until Chōji discovers sourdough. Or maybe it discovers him. Regardless, somewhere between failed sourdough starters and Shikamaru's lazy advice about bacteria cultivation, feeding schedules and scoring patterns, Chōji learns that small things — yeast, time, care — always lead to something bigger.
Or, Chōji learns that sometimes the best way to fill an empty house is to fill it with the smell of fresh sourdough and the laughter of the people who love him.

Summary
Generally speaking, one does not personally meet the King of Hell after death unless one has fucked up tremendously in life.
Someone becomes no one becomes a prince in the Land of Wind. Tensei of Sunagakure has a hit list, a god of the underworld breathing down his neck, and plenty of time to figure things out while he tries to make this house a home. Hopefully.

Summary
