After Fantasy, a paid DLC for Light Magic and The Hero.
Marketed as ‘After the Fantasy ends, Reality must have its due. The Fantasy is over, so is the tutorial.’ the DLC complete revamps the game, turning it into masterpiece of an RPG, more difficult than the Base game with more than triple the content. A good thing by all measures she could make.
Except now she's Yumiella in the After Fantasy DLC at that. Well at least the discrimination would be less, even if the politics were going to be far, far worse.
Or: Yumiella doesn't completely abandon all logic and common sense, actively realizes and tries to counteract her own developmental difficulties while exploring a world not limited to level 99. Meanwhile Alicia is saving cats from trees, solving crime via talk no jutsu, actively wondering why these three idiots are constantly getting in the way of her completing her shiny card collection, and stuffing her dorm full of every random thing that might just be useful at some point.

Akemi Homura had been time-traveling for God knows how long. The timelines blurred the more she reset. Failure after failure, death after death—it was maddening.
Dealing with Miki Sayaka’s stubbornness and constant mistrust was tiring, as was the loneliness surrounding Tomoe Mami, which would so often result in the downfall of the rest of her potential allies, including Madoka.
And then there was Sakura Kyoko—her one consistent ally throughout the timelines. Her fighting abilities were useful fighting Walpurgisnacht—whenever she lived to the day of the fight, that was. Her… rather complicated relationship with Miki Sayaka often brought about her death.
Yet… outside of Madoka, she would often get somewhat close to Sakura Kyoko. The red-haired girl didn’t pry too much into her past, likely due to her own painful past with her wish. Would it do any harm if she were to… recruit her early?
…she was running out of options.
It was there that Homura decided: she’d ally herself with Sakura Kyoko as early as she could in the next timeline.

When Homura wakes up in the hospital again, the new world couldn't be more different: She has overpowered new abilities, new family members(featuring, um, Clara dolls? WTF?), social media fame, Soulmate marks(wait...FIVE of them???), a nice Homulilly(kinda), new dimensions, and more.
But...were these cat ears and tail really necessary, Madoka?
