Summary
Three hundred years ago, the United States disappeared from the global zeitgeist. Overtaken by some strange anomalous field, the rest of the world was at first, concerned. Nations don't just… disappear. Over time, humanity erected a barrier around the otherworldly dome, sealing its effects away from the rest of the world. The global economy, market, and culture all moved on.
You were selected for an expedition inside of the barrier. Everything was going so well too. You passed the hardships of training and went in filled with hope and wonder.
That is until you ran into an intimidating creature more than three times your size. Which disarmed you before you could act. Now you hang from it's crotch as it walks deeper inside of the barrier taking you as it's prize.

Summary

Summary
There was a cold, dirty yet sterile, feel to the room, the air thick with scents that shouldn’t have been there. The firm metal walls and empty blackness in all directions led to an eerie feel that kept everything but the creator of the room uncomfortable and on edge. It was no small space, far larger than that of even the most luxurious of halls, yet it felt run down and poorly maintained, more like that of a storage room deep in someone’s unfurnished basement.
