“Don’t,” Louis said far too quickly to be passed off as nothing.
“That explains the mood,” Zayn went on, “and the murder eyes.”
“I always have murder eyes.”
“Yeah,” Zayn said, nodding. “But these are protective murder eyes. You have feelings for him don't you?”
Louis shot him a warning look. “I mean it, Zayn.”
“You do.” He tipped his head back and laughed. “Oh this is gold. Big hard Tomlinson, hates everyone, fell in love with the first pretty, curly-haired, green-eyed klutz to walk through.”

“I am five hundred and thirty-three,” Louis deadpans. “You are a kid.”
“I am very mature for my age,” the stranger disagrees.
“Is that what your mum tells you to make you feel better?”
